Corporate Responsibility

Corporate Responsibility ist ein derzeit viel diskutiertes Thema. Bezieht man Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in eine Unternehmensstrategie ein, so zielt dies auf eine klare Differenzierung zu anderen Unternehmen ab. CSR ist ein sehr umfassender Begriff, der Themen wie Ethik, Umwelt, Menschenrechte, Corporate Governance, Arbeitsbedingungen, tatsächliche Beiträge zum Allgemeinwohl, etc. umfaßt. Jede nicht-öffentliche Unternehmung (NGO = Non Governmental Organisation) aber vor allem börsenotierte Gesellschaften besitzen umfassendste Verantwortung in der Beziehung zu ihren Stakeholdern (Aktionäre, Kunden, Mitarbeiter, Lieferanten). In weiterer Folge reicht es aus, den Begriff „Corporate Responsibility“ (CR) zu verwenden.

Der Kapitalmarkt ist der beste Katalysator und unbestritten die geeignetste Plattform zur umfassenden Beurteilung von Corporate Responsibility und ordentlicher effizienter Geschäftsführung. Das Thema CR stellt daher das wichtigste, aber auch das herausforderndste Thema auf Jahre – wenn nicht Jahrzehnte - für alle am Kapitalmarkt tätigen Teilnehmer dar.

Capital markets are the best catalyst and no doubt the best suited platform to really judge CR and a proper and efficient management. Therefore CR is the most important and at the same the time the most challenging topic for years, if not decades, for all actors in the capital markets.
